Our classes

A 45-minute class is a high-intensity interval training session designed to raise your heart rate and burn calories. It's a great way to get in shape while also challenging your body in all directions. All levels are welcome.

Balance & Tone

Full body cardio, strength and stretch workout designed to tone and sculpt! Low-mid intensity workout

Fit 45

High Intensity Training Class (HIIT) emphasis on strength, cardio and full body workouts! 45mins

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga is a combination of meditation, breathwork and energising movement

Forever Fit

Think Jane Fonda inspired workouts. Suited for the mature-aged person, these workouts get the body moving whilst remaining low impact on the joints.


These classes include the most variance in exercises and include different elements of strength & skill. Elevate your heartrate with these classes!

Reformer Flow (LISMORE ONLY)

Reformer Flow is our signature, open level pilates class. Use the reformer to lengthen, align and tone every inch of our bodies Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Strength & Conditioning

Think machine-based movements mixed with light conditioning! These classes are designed to work on muscle strength and tone without overloading joints.


A high-intensity workout that consists of 8 sets of exercises each performed for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest. Get your metabolism fired up with these workouts!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time

Reformer Fit is a cardio-based reformer class designed to make you work. Challenge your body, elevate your mood and leave feeling worked! Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
