Our classes are universally scalable – meaning the class sessions are designed to be equally challenging to everyone regardless of past experience or level of fitness.
FIT-45:
- 45 minutes of high intensity interval training!
- Full body workout!
- Strength and cardio variations to suit all levels of fitness!

FIT-BOX:
- 45 minutes!
- Simple boxing moves, designed for improving cardiovascular fitness, upper body toning and great fun!
- We have gloves at the gym but recommend getting your own inners or gloves if you are going to be doing regular fit-box classes.
ABS, BUTT & THIGHS (ABT)
- 45 minutes!
- A session aimed at targeting your abs butt and thighs.
- A mixture of high intensity and strength based exercises.
- Designed to BURN!!!!
STRENGTH
- 45 minutes
- A great way to learn different resistance exercises
- Variations of Resistance style exercises
- Full Body workout designed to increase your strength
